The property and amenities were great. Loved the late checkout which allowed us to use the pool/hot tub before we left. They even had a grill available. The breakfast was great. My only complaint was when we checked in I asked the staff where the room was and he told me around the side and pointed outside. After walking around confused, he told us it was accessible inside via the elevator. When I got to the room it was a different one than we booked. When we asked about it we were told the room with the king bed had a problem with the air conditioner so they switched our room. They could have informed us before we went to the room and it would have been fine. So the check-in was frustrating.
