The location was awesome! The rooftop balcony had amazing views but was not very clean - furniture and cushions were dirty and there were dead plants and large sections of railings (?) being stored on the deck.

The unit was excellent, very cute and clean. Rooftop patio was really nice touch, although maybe and umbrella would help since it was very hot. Watch out for the seagulls! Nice view of the harbour. Location is perfect. Lovely windows and skylights so very bright in the morning. Note there is no parking so you need to unload items in the alleyway which can be tricky. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

The apartment was well maintained and we found it very clean and nicely furnished. There is a lot of storage room for the luggage and clothes, shoes etc. Location is great, very close to everything in the city, right by the Wharf. Some good restaurants close by as well.

This is a great location. We stayed in the Orca Pod and had a wonderful stay. It is so easy to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to bring a sleep mask and ear plugs. It can be noisy at night and the blinds allow light through. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy this beautiful city!

Location was great and overall a pleasant stay. The air conditioner wasn’t the best and the plumbing needs work. Water does not drain in the shower or sink and the water was extremely hot and took a while to cool. For the cost and the fact that there’s a kitchen and washing machine, I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Victoria. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a complete kitchen and all the utensils we needed. The deck was a lovely bonus and a great place to relax. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. The host was also very accommodating and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out since our flight wasn’t until 8:00 PM. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria.

He was very helpful. He accommodated us early even though I gave him short notice. Very helpful staff. Location was great, because it was very close to my favorite tea shop "Murchie's". The place was so clean and free laundry was great to have. I will rebook this place again when I am visiting Victoria.

We stated in 202, the whale room, where the whole room was very dark gray with black uncomfortable furniture. The room had a very depressing feel to it. The whole apt. faced the Alley, which had homeless and lots of foot traffic with noise at night. The shades in the bedroom were not adequate to keep out the light for sleeping. In the bedroom there were small table lamps on the side but were too low to allow you to read. We had difficulty with the TV, and the staff had to come up to help. I discovered that you had to unplug and plug in the HDMI cable every time I turned on the TV to get it to work. On the positive side, it was walking distance to multiple restaurants and attractions.
