The property and rooms are excellent. The views are breathtaking and the food in the Alpina restaurant was top notch. Sadly they are understaffed and service timeline is slow if you are in a hurry. Be prepared to take your time when enjoying the restaurant!

My fiance and I spent one night in this hotel. We liked everything about it from the scenery, area around the property and cleanliness. I wish there was bathtub bomb soap or salt inside the room so we can enjoy it more. Overall we really enjoyed it.

The property and views are beautiful! Maddie at the Tuscan Spa was phenomenal at her job. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during my treatments, ensured I was receiving the best treatment for my skin, and was inI would strongly recommend booking with her! The restaurant was also great. The food was delicious.

Great property, breathtaking views. We tried two different rooms in different villas. We preferred Villa Aquilla better. The bed in the Master Suite was way too high. I needed a footstool to get in and out of the bed. Otherwise amazing experience overall.

Our suite was spacious and had a great view to the east. The staff was very efficient when we had a problem with the jetted tub. We dined at the in-house Alpine Restaurant which offered a different spectacular down Finlayson Arm.
