Hotel in ideal location and pretty much everything is within reach. Great and helpful staff. Encountered different staff members on each day we were there and they were always cheerful and friendly. The hotel is lovely. Everything looks/feels new. The view from our room was awesome. Staff was friendly. The restaurant downstairs is rightly known as one of Victoria's best. And the spa is a treat.
