Beautiful heritage property, nice sized room within walking distance to downtown. Soaps were local to the island, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was a bit tight but manageable in a Toyota Tacoma as were were the first vehicle to park. There is additional parking crossed the street.

Quiet Location, short walk to town and on the bike routes. Room was very comfortable. Only complaint was that the fire alarm went off as someone did not follow the advertised instructions for turning on the fan and opening the window when having a shower. Maybe the property could have those instructions communicated even more clearly.

We loved this guesthouse. Check-in was easy - they sent us a door code and we let ourselves in. The room and bathroom were large, the jetted tub was awesome, the bed was comfortable. It was very clean and a wonderful location. There is no bar fridge in the room, but we didn't need one. Highly recommend.

Lovely heritage suite with lovely period features. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with high quality, locally sourced soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee, and tea. We felt safe and at home here. It was clean and cozy. Parking was very convenient, right out the back door of our suite. The staff was very responsive and helpful too. We are definitely returning here in future!

The Spinnakers Heritage House was an excellent place to stay while visiting Victoria. The room was absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the local soaps and tea. It is a great location - close enough to walk to downtown and cafes in West Vic. The staff was great and we enjoyed our complimentary truffles and beer flight at the pub. We would love to come back in the future - so sad to hear it will be closing!

The information on getting to and into our room was unclear (because of a recent ownership change). Expedia sent us incorrect information on checking in. We were able to make contact with the staff, who were very helpful and friendly with getting us set up. It would also be helpful if the property had a small sign to indicate that it is the correct location.

Heritage house was quiet and comfortable and quiet. Being an old house, it needs renovations which are currently being looked after. No air conditioner. And no fridge which is inconvenient if you have medication to be kept cool. Overall we enjoyed the stay so close to enjoyable walks close to water. However let it be known that it isn't affiliated with the Spinnaker Brew and Pub anymore, different owner. Parking also very tight.

We had an amazing weekend! Love that the pub was close and we could pop over for dinner or appy’s and a beer. After we checked out we sat on the deck and had lunch while we enjoy the waterfront views! Thank you so much for everything!

Very beautiful property in a fantastoc location with very helpful staff. Very nice walk to Victoria Harbour (35 minutes brisk and 75 minute leisurely with stops to see all attractions). Good and thoughtful amenities. Building is a heritage site so has some drawbacks like ageing plumbing and bathtub for shower that would be challenging for climbing into a high tub.
