Location to Victoria harbour was great. BC transit is just outside and fairly cheap for a day pass although staff weren’t able to provide information about it. Good parking including secure underground. Hot tub was okay but has no jets. Pool was an okay temperature. Nice having a restaurant onsite as this hotel does not provide breakfast.

We had a great stay. The front desk were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Would've liked a better restaurant attached as The Denny's at the hotel was a bit old. We were within a 17 minute walking distance to some lovely restaurants and breweries.

Our room in this hotel was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! 10/10. The staff were friendly and informative. The grounds were kept as well could be considering the high traffic neighborhood. The location was super convenient for public transportation use. The bar and restaurant were not very warm and inviting, more bright cafeteria style dining.

The staff was excellent, they treated us above and beyond just being polite. The pool was too cold though and wasn’t opened at the proper time. The room was generally ok but the sink had food scraps left in it. Also, the toilet had some unsightly staining inside it. Overall, in-line with a 3 star hotel but unfortunately extremely overpriced.
