Best bang for your buck in Victoria. The place may be old but it’s well maintained, clean, comfortable and the kitchenette makes it great for a quick breakfast to save some $. Perfectly located to be able to walk to restaurants and attractions.

Except for finding a mouse trap under a night table, it was great. We had a suite that was very comfortable and enjoyed the 10% discount at Floyd’s restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice property. Stayed in a suite which was nice and OK equipped. No A/C, but they had 2 fans in the room that help as the temperature dropped outside. Very convenient to the FRS Clipper and to downtown.
