Although there is no onsite restaurant? The Inner Harbor Quality In is very close to all the eateries you would want for a5 day stay. The inn is two small blocks away from the main inner harbor and the Empress Hotel., the BC Museum and the Imax Theatre and so many more places that our would be impossible to list them all. From coffee places to streetside shopping to boat tours, The QUALITY INN is the place to stay at a reduced price compared to the others nearby. The front desk staff were always pleasant, the pool was never busy, the morning coffee was ready and tasty by six a.m. and the rooms and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again because of the nearby sites and things to do in Downtown Victoria.

Thanks to Pat at front desk in particular for helping us hold our small brief meeting in the courtyard. We really appreciated that. The hotel is dated , that is understood but for the price it does not really offer value. Good location. Weird not to have a restroom in the lobby or by the pool . very good bed and pillow pillows.

The Quality Inn was perfect for our one night stay once we got off the Black Ball ferry. We were new to Victoria, so the location of this hotel was wonderful in terms of accessing downtown Victoria on foot. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful about where to go for a nice, affordable breakfast. Parking, was just under the hotel, but was not free. I would go back there because of it's affordability, location, comfort and kind staff.

Great location that made walking to all harbour front locations and activities seamless. Lots of restaurants nearby (Coras, Brown’s social house) and we were able to drop our rental vehicle next door and walk to the ferry. Upon arrival their parking garage was full, but the front desk staff provided parking on the main level near the entrance. The staff also honoured our request to have rooms next to each other which was great with elderly parents and children. At checkout they stored all our luggage for a few hours until we departed for the ferry. Overall a great experience for a two night stay.

Great location, clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff. No air conditioning & no screens on the windows to prevent bugs from coming in. No restaurant on site, front desk has stupid plexi glass shields which are completely useless but they do a great job at making it difficult to hear staff. The parkade will not accommodate large vehicles.

It is just an average hotel. Don’t expect a $400 per night experience. Way overpriced but location, location, location. Room was clean but the majority of hotels are. Low bar to get over. For a one evening transition stay it worked out.
