The restaurant and bar were both excellent and offered a good variety of choices. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was old, but very well upgraded and maintained. We knew there would be no elevators, AC, or microwaves in the rooms, but were pleasantly surprised that the refrigerators were generously large, two fans were already in the room, and the staff were exceptional. Our stay was delightful and the whole family enjoyed the special care the front desk staff and housekeeping put into our stay.
