Beautiful, clean, spacious suite - exceeded expectations! Less expensive and better value than anything we looked at in downtown Victoria. Enjoyed our breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the woods and golf course. Very comfortable bed. Also loved the soaker tub and bath products.

The property is located in a beautiful remote quiet area next to a golf course. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel has no major amenities like a restaurant or shops, and there are no local shops or convenience stores. However, there is a burger restaurant across the street for breakfast, lunch, and dinner purposes - and the Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort and Spa is right next door, for who can afford their amenities.

Young woman working the front desk was very pleasant and sweet. She went to get us dishes for our small meal we had delivered as well as some decaf coffee that had not been stocked in our room. She was very nice about it and service oriented. The room was comfortable. Really enjoyed the deep bath tub after a few days of sightseeing and hiking.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, nicely appointed and spacious. Most things you would need with the exception of needing to contact front desk for plates etc as needed. If we had k own upfront to use in the kitchenette we would have requested at check in. The front desk reception was just ok, very flat not really helpful needed to question to get basic answers regarding hotel check in and parking info. It was off season hotel very quiet in September. We would stay at this property again for its rooms location etc. but now knowing more about inclusions etc. can be more prepared.
