This is a great hotel. The staff were courteous and the restaurant was an excellent alternative to eating out. The fireworks display on Canada Day were the best we've ever seen. Truly a hotel we would recommend and come back to.

We had a wonderful stay at Delta Hotels Victoria! The service was excellent, and our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The best part, however, was the thoughtful birthday surprise! a beautiful birthday card and delicious cupcake waiting in our room! 🎂It was such a lovely personal touch and made my birthday even more special. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciate it and would happily stay here again! ✨

The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!

This was a nice hotel, right at the Ocean, with a water Taxi station available. It was a quiet, high-end hotel, very good for my family. It is quiet and in a superior location. One can walk nearly anywhere needed in downtown. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. It can be pricey, but the value will be realized upon staying. Highly recommend this hotel for families. Marriott Bonvoy membership has a sensible value that I was missing before due to no time to review the emails and offers, but once you arrive at registration, they tell you about the good discounts you get that you did not know you needed, or they can exist. :)) Thank you to the staff and management.

The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel's location is great...right along the water and a short walk or water taxi to downtown. We cycled here, so having access to secure bike storage was fantastic! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day spent walking around Victoria too. The only weird feature, was the placement of the showerhead. As opposed to the usual placement at one end of the tub, the showerhead was right in the middle of the tub, so the water shot straight into the shower curtain. We've stayed at this property before and did not have this issue, only this time (room 409). Having said that, everything else was great and we will be staying here in the future.
