This hotel is in a wonderful location for a 1st time tourist to Victoria - convenient to the Parliament Building, Beacon Hill Park, Royal BC Museum and the Inner Harbor . When the ferry dock construction is finished, the view of the harbor will be stunning. We experienced no construction noise - very quiet stay. The included parking is a huge plus! The restaurant is very good, too.

The hotel served our purpose for the visit to Victoria well. It was close to where we needed to be for a special event. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful -- especially Emma-- who went above and beyond to help ... particularly to assist my wife who has mobility issues. The adjacent Belleville Restaurant was particularly convenient for our dining needs.

Love the location, right on the inner harbour, close to everything I wanted to see. Whale watching cruise, Fisherman's Wharf, Parliament building, horse drawn carriage ride, Urban Wildlife Safari, Hop On Hop off bus tour. Butchart Gardens and the Butterfly Gardens were about a half hour drive. Easy check in and out. Great restaurant, loved the open patio. Clean. Jerky elevator was a bit scary. Overall highly recommended.
