This hotel is all about location. The staff are lovely. It is definitely an older hotel but well kept. No air conditioning which is very standard in most hotels. However the temperature in Victoria is often mild with a cool ocean breeze.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very polite and helpful There's a new port going in across the street from the hotel so expect noise during the day, there's also another port across from the hotel as well. There's no air conditioning in the rooms. They supply a fan though and the window in the room does open a well. Close to lots of amenities and that's why we chose to stay there. We would stay there again

The property was immaculate. The only reason I would not stay again is that dogs are allowed and I listened to a small dog bark for over an hour. I think the dog was left in the room alone while I was trying to rest in the afternoon.
