The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms have great AC and are always clean, as well they have been updated since my first time staying here. We have stayed here a number of times and if rooms are available it is my first choice when visiting Victoria for either Business or Leisure.

The room was very clean and exactly what we look for in accommodations while we travel. We are not the 5 star kind of people and the hotel fits our style completely. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, with a nice shower stall with good water pressure. The microwave and fridge completes the lists of all of our needs.

Solo traveller. It was safe. Location was close to downtown (30 minutes walk to downtown - slow walker). The big guy at the front was super helpful and nice. I liked that there was a microwave, mini fridge, AND mini freezer. Bathrooms look newly renovated. Air conditioning works fast. I booked short notice so the price was very good compared to other hotels. Parking is free. Car was safe. Overall a good experience. Would book here again.
