We had a great stay, the staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Everyone was always personable and ready to assist anyway needed. The room was great with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed the balcony. Also an added bonus was the hotel shuttle was great for getting around town and dining at off site restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great property, Restaurant was amazing - Chef went out of the way to make us special dinner. Rooms were clean and bathroom was amazing. The property was serene, calm and beautiful - and very close to the falls.

Room was great and very clean. My issue was the bathroom which had a window that could not be closed and also water spills out of the shower everywhere. There was a lot of noise coming from across the street late at night. If you are looking for a restful stay this is not it! The food was very good and above all the staff was super nice!

had a wonderful stay at Waterfalls Lodge and genuinely enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was one I would happily recommend to others. A very special shout-out to Marzi, who was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. Her attitude and level of service really stood out to me. Honestly, Marzi is the best of the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She is a real asset to Waterfalls Lodge and deserves to be recognised and appreciated for the excellent service. Thank you, Waterfalls Lodge, for a great stay and thank you Marzi.

Beautiful hotel! Very well maintained, with beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools. Very nicely decorated and very peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom towels are very nice and fluffy. It’s just a beautiful hotel.

We had a great time at the lodge. The staff were friendly and professional, and Mr. Hopewell went the extra mile to make everything possible for us. The garden was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. If we ever go again to Victoria falls, we would stay at the waterfalls lodge.

Stayed for a total of two nights. Wonderful hotel and setting. Staff were incredibly attentive, my only comment is that lots of the bar and waiting staff were slow at what they did and were possibly not trained sufficiently
