Overall the stay at this new hotel was great. The staff are all friendly and helpful, making the overall stay great. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Rooms are large and very neat. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was welcome. Hotel is about a 5min drive to Vic Falls. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had to cancel our trip the day before our planned travel date due to a medical emergency. Hotel would not give us a refund or move our stay. It is very disappointing

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Pedi para imprimir 2 folhas do visto e me negaram. Nunca me senti tão humilhada e constrangida. Vou adotar todas as providências lehais.
