The interior is beautiful and bright. The customer service is perfection-the hotel staff were the first to tell me my flight got cancelled, and then proceeded to book me for another night-not to mention one of the attendants offered to be my go between with the airline. I had the privilege of speaking to one of the owners-this is a family-owned business, owned by people who really care about this establishment. I hope to return. If I can give this place ten stars I would.

This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this beautiful lodge and stay here again in a heartbeat. The property is clean, will make sure to introduce himself. Breakfast was great and dinner a set menu never disappointed.

Beautiful place!

We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks. It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and beautiful lodge in Vic Falls. Room was comfortable, clean, and included everything we could need (toiletries, charging stations, coffee & tea). The breakfast is delicious and served in a lovely spot on the grounds. Staff is outstanding! They are warm, friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to make sure guests have a good experience. I highly recommend Pamarah - we’d definitely stay here again.
