Breakfast was a wonderful amenity. They cooked my eggs fresh to order! Room was beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful when I needed extra assistance after an accident.

1. Staff are nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them. 2. The garden, the buildings, the furniture, the decorations..all create great atmosphere that makes me feel I’m in Zimbabwe. Being quiet and you feel in the nature. A review says he/she didn’t get hot water but I didn’t have any trouble with that. 3. The location is good enough for me. There is a nice bar restaurant- Social Cafe - and a small shop - Seven to 11 - within 10 minutes walk. It takes roughly 40 mins to Victoria Falls. You may feel it’s little far but I enjoyed walking there and found things, 4. Finally, I love the name of the lodge - Kasongo. I saw wild Kasongo on my way back from Victoria Falls and they are so lovely. I don’t know about other lodges this area but I will definitely come back!!

The woman at reception was exceptional; she eagerly met our every need. Room was very nice and clean. Only issue was I never got hot water in the shower. I came directly from a small village in Ghana that also has no hot showers so didn’t mention it, but should have (room #1).

とても素朴で、緑の多い素敵なロッジです。観光地から少し離れてるのも静寂で良かったです。緑が多いと管理が大変だろうに、毎日プールを綺麗にしているスタッフの方の黙々とした作業が印象的でした。私はプールでは泳がないのですが、キレイな水面は心穏やかになります。朝食は作り置きではなく、来てから卵料理を焼いてくれます。置かれていたドリンクの柑橘系のソフトドリンクがとても美味しかったです。
