The lodging was comfortable and clean. Nothing ornate but perfect for restful nights after active days. The breakfast was very good. The best part was the staff, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

We immensely enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff was so super helpful booking all her excursions and we had a trip of a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back and bring more friends and family with us. We think the lodge from the bottom of our hearts, and I’d rate the lodge a 10 out of 10.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good wifi. When picking us up from Victoria Falls, the host was kind enough to take us to Outlook Cafe and the Big Tree.

Amazing place to stay

Our stay was amazing! Sherylnn made it over the top by getting activities for us throught our stay and providing personal service for us. The hotel was clean, the food we had for any meals there was great and they have a bar!

I found some of the staff to be ambivalent and generally not helpful. Internet is sketchy at its best, and frequently not available. Room temp was 33C upon arrival. Room in good condition but pretty tight; bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. I probably would not stay here again.

I really like how clean the hotel was. The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. There was also a shuttle that you could use to take you places for the same rate as a taxi. I didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant on site so if you got back after it was time to order food then you were just out of luck. But if you do order food, it is made to order and very good with good portion size.

Amazing customer service and they really cared. I asked for advice on things to do in Victoria Falls and the staff not only recommended events but set up and arranged my choices. It’s morning the middle of town but very 5 minute drive to mostly everything I wanted to do.

A wonderful week

We had a wonderful week long stay here. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was great and they catered well to us as vegetarians. The grounds are very nice and the pool was great too. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable stay at Bhejane Lodge

Absolutely clean rooms, very comfortable beds, lovely shower. Really nice garden. Very friendly staff, breakfast service improved once we placed orders the previous night. Close to Craft Market and Restaurants.

A quiet lodge in a garden setting

Nice, quaint lodge. A very peaceful retreat in a busy tourist destination. Sherylnn was a gracious host and helped organize a trip to both sides of the Falls at very short notice. Gift, our guide was well informed and fun to go around with.

The staff was beyond amazing. The room we had (number 3) was immaculate. The aircon worked well and great water pressure and the bed was amazing. I would absolutely stay again. The only issue is I would not recommend eating off the dinner menu. We had two terrible items and one made us a bit ill. That being said, you will love the property and the staff. Breakfast was ok and pass able. Great property with not so great food at night

What an amazing 4 days we spent at the magical Bhejane Lodge. From beginning to end, we were treated with the utmost care and attention to our every need. Sherylynn and her team took exceptional care in ensuring that our stay was everything we could imagine and more. She is the consummate hostess and supported us on several occasions when the tours we previously booked didn't quite go as planned. We immediately felt right at home. Special shoutout to Smally, Gift and Leonard aka “washcloth” for taking the time to give that special attention. Don't hesitate to book this lodge. You won't regret it. In fact, you will miss it and the wonderful staff when you leave.

We liked….. room was clean and comfortable bed We didnt like… Inch gap between top of door and door frame! This was our sixth night at victoria falls (1st at Bhejane) and it was the first time we’d been bitten by mosquitoes! Stuffed towel in hole but they obviously found a way in! Also no mosquito net as we’d had previous 5 nights. Limited breakfast choice.
