Absolutely loved the hotel and stay. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of tourists and the city. We loved the staff, very family oriented and welcoming and willing to help out schedule all excursions and transportation. 30 minutes away from all tourist attractions and honestly an overall great spot.

Beautiful hotel with a great view. There’s not much around the hotel and if you go down to the town, the climb back up is pretty steep. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooftop bar is a beautiful view. However, I thought the menu at the restaurant was very limited.

Beautiful view from terrace. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Friendly and efficient servers at breakfast. Good breakfast. Only slight negative was a noisy group of foreigners that seemed oblivious to other visitors (not the fault at all of the hotel but was a bit annoying nonetheless).

Great property with great staff. Loved every minute of it. We used it as a central point between Naples and Amalfi which was a good call. The only issue is most of Amalfi is crushed with traffic because of local regulations so getting to other cities took hours. The easiest thing would be to use ferries to visit towns along the peninsula. This hotel is also situated close to SOFRW to making ferry access super easy.

A really lovely hotel with exceptional staff who made you feel very welcome and comfortable. The bar, roof terrace and hot tub was lovely with amazing views and there were always sun beds available. A great place to chill and have a drink. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice both hot and cold options. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we preferred to eat in town and the food on the menu was a little more than we want to spend. I don’t have any negatives but that kettles are available on request which we went aware of. Definitely recommend staying here. We stayed a week and walked into town every evening, it’s not too far and there’s a supermarket 5 mins down the road.

The entire staff at Domo20 in Vico Equence was attentive, kind and often made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would strongly recommend taking their advice on how to arrive at the hotel by car — google maps will not help. The hotel is located close to the train/bus station from which you can do day-trips to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento — Napoli, Pompeii …etc.

We stay in a lot of hotels, and after a while they all become the same but not here. The hotel itself is modern, very clean but what makes this hotel exceptional is their customer service. It’s beyond amazing. The staff all of them are helpful, always happy to assist and super friendly and polite.

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff is committed to providing excellent service. The morning waitstaff by the breakfast station was accommodating and pleasant. Although the breakfast is included in the price, it is nice to leave a small tip for the waitstaff as we found them to be incredibly humble and appreciative. The only negative is the view from the balcony faced a construction zone but this is of no fault of the hotel. The view from the rooftop may have been better but we were always out exploring so we didn't utilize the rooftop. The hotel staff is very hardworking and professional.
