Staff was absolutely amazing. (Front desk) Room was just okay. Reserved the superior instead of deluxe and was pretty disappointed. Windows were cracked and had bullet holes. Could hear everything. Was definitely not the cleanest, although the hallway and front desk area smelt very nice. Towels were stained brown and toilet was not bolted down. We did not stay for breakfast. This place definitely needs a makeover. You get what you pay for.

Great place to stay

I booked a stay here for a week for my daughter who attends college there in a surrounding area while the house in which she was renting was getting some work done. The price was affordable, the employees at the guest service desk was very helpful, professional and understanding. The facility was clean inside and out.

All of the employees were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The property was clean inside & out. Although it's obviously older and plain, everything seemed to be in good repair.

The hotel is ideally located right off the Interstate and several dining options within a quick walk , Kroger is next door as well. The grounds were well maintained and the rooms were fairly clean , but the stairwell and entry way was filthy ! Smelled of urine and stale beer . I think a good cleaning would help this place and improve its rating!

The service and the employees were fine; the room was also clean, but a little untidy. The bed was made, but not neatly as well as the towels in the bathroom, they were not neatly folded. I will still recommend Red Roof Inn Suites.

The staff was great! They were friendly. Took less than 5 minutes to check in. Area was great. My husband and I were there for a couple of days to see Civil Wars stuff. There are some updates that can be done to the rooms. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. But other than that, no complaints. Will return!

Somewhat disappointing

Well located just off I-20. Since I prepaid, my room key was ready when I arrived, which was convenient. This was my first stay in a Red Roof Inn. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had an issue with receiving their supplies, so, not even coffee in the reception area. (or the room). Happily, there's a Wendy's only steps away. All in all, it was tidy and comfortable for a one night stay, and easy to get on and off of the interstate.

Front desk check in was great A/C was noisy Bed was hard Breakfast was clearly advertised as 6am to 9 am but was absolutely nonexistent at 8am. We ended up leaving the door key card at the counter and going on our way. We have stayed here twice before but we won’t stay here again

The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping was good about bringing towels and incidentals. The last night we were there, it rained and the ceiling leaked a good amount. We were on the second floor of a three-story building. There was no breakfast as advertised and when I went to checkout, there was no one at the desk (I waited several minutes and called for someone several times.) I wound up having to give my key to the housekeeper in the laundry room and leaving a note at the front desk.

The room was about what you would expect in this price point. Seemed clean but was missing molding to he lamp shades were wonky. The girl at check in (the evening on April 13th) was wonderful. I wish I would have gotten her name, she was so friendly. Breakfast was non existent. They had a bag of bread, waffle mix, and syrup. No napkins, no drinks, no cereal. Not sure if that’s how it normally is, no one told us any different. We felt fine staying here and would stay here again if we were passing through for the price.

Everything seems to be up to date and modern. Beds and pillows were comfy. I did feel that it could be a wee bit cleaner… around light fixtures… faucet heads(BTW I am a professional cleaner so I may notice more than most) but it was not as bad as some others described. The sink was leaking underneath. Those two things are the only reason I have it a four star instead of five. The parking lot was well lit. I took my dog with me and felt safe walking him at night. Overall experience… this was the nicest red roof I have stayed at. And would stay again if ever back in the area.
