Good location, friendly staff and easily walkable to the port and beaches. Beware of parking in the driveway due to serious damage could occur by a metal gate stop mounted in the center of the driveway. Recommend parking across the street in the church parking lot. Highly recommend visiting the very friendly staff at Bar Danforth for an apertivo.

Excellent in all respects.

We are touring Italy by car, and this was our favourite stay. Accomodation left nothing to be desired. Large bedroom, tastefully decorated bathroom and a terrace and own washing machine. Elevator, Private off street parking, wi fi, and great breakfast. Vivo Marina beach was just perfect, sparkling clean water. The best stay in Italy so far. Highly recommend.

Η μία και μοναδική διαμονή ήταν μέρος μεγαλύτερου ταξιδιού. Δεν υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν αλλά με το εξωτερικό θυροτηλέφωνο μας εξυπηρέτησε ένας κύριος (η ώρα ηταν περίπου 5 το απόγευμα) . Πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, μας έδωσε τα απαιτούμενα κλειδιά (εξώπορτα, δωματίου, ασανσέρ), το τηλέφωνό του για ενδεχόμενη επικοινωνία και για το καλωσόρισμα μας πρόσφερε 2 μπουκαλάκια κρύο νερό και μπύρα. Στο μπαλκόνι είχε σκοινιά για να στεγνώσεις μαγιό- πετσέτες και . . . μανταλάκια. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο, καθαρό, με 2 χώρους (για 5 άτομα ενω είχαμε κράτηση για 2), ζεστό νερό και τα σχετικά και πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Υπήρχε μεγάλο (κοινόχρηστο με άλλο 1 δωμάτιο) ψυγείο, με μεγάλη κατάψυξη για το νερό. Ταξιδεύουμε με μηχανή και μας διέθεσε χώρο στο πάρκινγκ το οποίο ήταν για 2-3 αυτοκίνητα. Ήσυχη περιοχή, 2 βήματα από το κέντρο όπου θα βρεις μέρη για φαγητό, γλυκό, καφέ, ποτό. Το μόνο σχόλιο αφορά στο πρωινό το οποίο ήταν κάπως μέτριο ( δεν είχε μπουφέ και επιλογές αλλά έναν καφέ και ένα κρουασάν στο μαγαζί κατω από το κατάλυμα ( το κρουασάν φρεσκότατο και νοστιμότατο).

Schöne grosse Zimmer, alles sauber. Gut Lage (25min bis Tropea, 30min bis Flughafen Linate) Frühstück ist in der Bar neben. Es ist nur ein Croissant und ein Kaffee inbegriffen. Den Rest muss man selber bezahlen. Schöne grosse Zimmer
