This is a lovely family run hotel with all the facilities you need. The breakfast is excellent with lovely fresh fruit and lots of other choices. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room itself was quite modern with a nice bathroom. The breakfast had many options. The hotel is only a few blocks from the beach so it is easy to go back and forth if you forget something.

とても親切な女主人がテキパキ仕事をしています。相談にも親切にのてくれます。朝食もとても美味しいし、サービスも行き届いています。 残念なのはシャワーの温度が低めだったこと。雨で冷えた体にはもう少し熱いシャワーが良かった。 それ以外は大満足です。 ロケーションも、駅からもそこまで遠くないし、海岸、カーニバル会場へもすぐ。窓から花火も見られたし、おすすめです

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage sehr gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend. Man bekommt sogar Strandtücher gestellt. Wir würden dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchern.

Very pleasant family run hotel. Nice that they offer a dinner meal. Well prepared, a few choices on each night' s menu. A good Meal in hotel is a great treat when on a busy business trip. Pleasant family/staff.

Very nice hotel with excellent service

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel in front of a park (where you can rent bikes). The owner was very helpful and friendly. We had to leave very early and she prepared a take-away breakfast for us.

Un de nos meilleurs hôtels depuis longtemps!!

N'hésitez pas une seconde à réserver chez Pola au Vittoria. Un super hôtel familial comme il ne s'en fait malheureusement plus beaucoup. Super sympathique. Très propre et bien situé. Service super personnalisé. Et que dire du déjeuner buffet de Pola. Super! Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons depuis longtemps. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation. Un 5 étoiles pour un budget 3 étoiles !

Friendly hotel in an upscale seaside resort

The Vittoria Hotel is well located in the quiet town centre (Viareggio), a few minutes from the seafront walk, with lots of restaurants & boutiques. The comfortable room, breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, egg & bacon were good value. The staff were very helpful.
