Location Excellent, outdated room

Property location is excellent, breakfast OK, staff friendly, room needs some serious remodeling, bathroom layout is very difficult and outdated. Bathroom door falling off the hinges, door makes noises when opening or closing, AC works well. The room has a motel feeling to it.

Very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. The room was very small with a huge closet though. The bathroom was very tight but it served its purpose. The staff was ok. We only spent a day. And we had no problems.

Old Hotel.

Great spot if you’re in Viareggio for the Carnavle season. The hotel is a cool old building. Might have been a Palazzo at one time. The staff was excellent. The room was clean and had nice setup. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast was large and plenty things to choose from. The city itself was great.

A causa di febbre elevata di mio marito, ho chiesto il posticipo del week end, risposta assolutamente no lei ha già pagato e quindi nessun posticipo. Risultato, il giorno dopo dell arrivo avevo io 39 di febbre. Vergognosi…!!! Nessun andare in contro alle esigenze del cliente. Mai più !!!

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral direkt an der Promenade und der viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Sie bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge in der Toskana. Das Frühstück ist wenig abwechslungsreich. Das Badezimmer ist eher einfach und müsste einmal erneuert werden (Duschvorhang, Lampe über dem Spiegel defekt, obwohl mit Lüsterklemme geflickt, Toilettenbrille zu klein für Toilette). Auch das Zimmer könnte einen Anstrich vertragen. Könnte man bei dem Preis erwarten.

Zum schlafen OK, mehr nicht

Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen sehr klein. Im Badezimmer ist die Dusche sehr klein, man kann sich kaum drehen. Ebenfalls wenn man auf dem WC sitzt, kommen die Knie vorne an der Wand an. Motivation der Bedienung beim Frühstück war nicht so gross.
