Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
When we arrive at check-in, there’s a drunk man on the front porch was very belligerent. Stated he was the homeowner. When we told him we were there for a 3 PM check-in he threw his bottle down and broke it. My wife had to redo dishes because they were dirty. Both beds upstairs had dirty smudge mark on pillows from leftover makeup and dirty face. There was hair in the bed also there was no propane in the grill. There was a dirty bathtub rong around the tub They were stray cats all over the porch. There was cat food left on the front porch. My car got sprayed numerous times by the male Tom cats . There were cockroaches all over the kitchen coming out of the plug receptacles and behind the cabinets we left early at 8 PM because of the conditions. I had to check in to another hotel an hour away and pay more money when I should have not had to. I’ve never had a horrible experience like this and we travel often.
