Gostei muito, mas achei que a parte de manutenção está um pouco a desejar, academia com aparelhos danificados, tacos de sinucas sem condições de usar, pequenas coisas que precisam ser ajustadas, se estão ali, tem que estar em condições de uso.

Tudo muito bom! Ótimo para as crianças! Recreacionistas muito ativos! Senti falta de alguém que carregasse as malas até o quarto! O Restaurante tem que melhorar o serviço…demora para repor a comida quando acaba, assim como a louça! Não recomendo o hotel no inverno!

A parte interna do quarto, muito bom, sempre limpo. A parte externa da sacada e do hotel, sem manutenção alguma, madeirame e alvenaria sem pintura, bem desleixados. Espreguiçadeiras quebradas e sujas na piscina. Piscinas sem corrimão, dificultando acesso de idosos. Não tem acessibilidade, pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção não tem acesso ao hotel nem as áreas externas. As refeições deixaram muito a desejar. Pouca variedade, reuso da carne do almoço no jantar. Os funcionários muito atenciosos. Na piscina, não recolhiam o lixo. Permitem q os hóspedes levem caixas de som para a área externa, com música alta, desrespeitam os demais hóspedes. No geral, deixou a desejar.

Boa estrutura e atendimento

Hotel com ótima estrutura, com destaque para a "gruta", que possui uma piscina aquecida. Grandes áreas abertas e atendimento muito atencioso. Apesar da boa estrutura, não há muito luxo. Os quartos são limpos, porém simples em comparação com o resto do hotel, podendo ser renovados em alguns aspectos. O Restaurante oferece comida boa no almoço e janta (inclusos na diária) porém a sofisticação fica um pouco abaixo do esperado para o valor cobrado. O café da manhã é excelente, com ótima variedade e atendimento.
