“What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working.

“Excellent location! Very safe, just a few minutes from the lake and the city center! Good breakfast and very good staff service! Good value for the services offered.”
