Very good short stay in a nice apartment which contained all that we needed. 5 minute stroll to the Arena area was ideal. A special mention should be given to the staff at the nearby Truly office, who were a joy to deal with and were very helpful.

The photos advertised are for a different property. They advertise several DIFFERENT properties under one advert and one set of photos. The property did NOT have a balcony, was not near the colosseum. Furniture was cheap and old and the shower didn't work properly (over head not working). The place was clean. And the reception staff (in another building) where very nice and helpful when we were leaving.

The staff at Truly Verona make a great place to stay even better. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were given loads of recommendations (which turned out to be great). Any little queries we had were quickly sorted via WhatsApp. Truly Verona is truly great.

Verona Italy family trip

Great place to stay with family. The support staff was very friendly and provided everything we needed for the stay. They also guided us on excellent restaurants and places to go.

Clean stay in central location

Extremely clean, quiet apartment in a great location. 5 min walk to arena and 20 from the train station.

Loved the location. The check in Process was easy and the hosts were very very helpful. We were able to walk everywhere even to the train for a day trip to Vicenza (without luggage). The sofa bed was very comfortable so the three of us had our own space.

Very good location, everything was new remodeling, easy to contact the company and very helpful, the cleaning was done daily just like an hotel, the rooms have coffee maker with it’s on supply cups tea etc a small fridge, large closet and bathroom.

Prorerty is outdated, smells like old house inside. Doesn’t look like pictures on the listing. I understand it’s multiple units , should be listed separately as it is now very miss leading.
