Check in is off site so be prepared to walk a little. They showed us to the apartment and showed us the amenities. It was plenty spacious for the two of us. It was nice to be able to have a refrigerator and stove. It's well within walking distance to the arena. When we checked out, they offered to call a taxi to the train station for us, saving us several Euros over an Uber. We strongly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect - the location in the heart of the old town plus a view from the balcony of the coliseum. The accommodation was immaculate, rooms were spacious and it was fully equipped with everything you could need. Everything within walking distance including buses to Lake Garda and the train station only 20 mins walk away.

The apartment had a loft to sleep in and laundry facilities. The full kitchen and living room gave us options to not go out to eat. We could walk to the Arena square. The staff was very accommodating.

I stayed at this property for about 10 days as part of a work trip and some extra days as vacation. Property was big, AC worked, kitchen had everything one needed to cook. It is close to all tourist attractions which are about 5-15 min away. There are restaurants, coffee places, supermarket within 5-10 min walking distance. The place is clean and quiet. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment had GREAT AC! We were very thankful for that as temps were over 100. We also really appreciated having a washer in the apartment. They provided the pods. Very clean and modern accommodation, the location was fantastic as well with the piazza being only a matter of a couple minutes walk away and 15-20 minutes from Porto Nuova train station. Staff were fantastic and check in process was made simple with the instructions they sent over on WhatsApp. Definitely recommend for your next trip to Verona!

The apartment was as pictured and described. Check-in was easy, walked us to the apt., showed us how to lock the door (not a standard US door lock), and gave recommendations for food places. There was a little confusion about us checking out. We had to take the key back to the main office because we never received the keypad code in order to leave the keys in the apt. Other than that, it was great!

I had a wonderful stay at Truly Verona – Juliet House and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well located, making it easy to explore Verona on foot. It was also very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was excellent, there was plenty of space to hang and store clothing, and I appreciated being able to open the windows to let in some fresh air. The kitchen was functional and had everything I needed. Fresh towels, hand soap, and body wash were provided, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Prosecco and bottled water waiting for me upon arrival. The staff at the front desk were also exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The only small thing I would suggest is providing shampoo and conditioner, as those weren’t included. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I truly couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay here again.
