The Crescent is a very enjoyable hotel to stay in. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and professional. This includes the desk staff, valet, and cleaning staff. The rooms are very large and the bathrooms are as well. I do realize they have only been open for a short time but everyone was doing their best to make us feel comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend the Crescent if you are staying at Turning Stone Resort.

The hotel is very nice and the room was clean and spacious. However, it states that check in is at 4 pm. Which in my opinion is late to begin with. We arrived at 4:15 and were told that check in only begins at 4 and our room was not ready because they were fully booked this weekend and housekeeping is behind. Not my problem. We had dinner reservations thirty minutes away that we had to adjust because of this. After waiting thirty minutes we asked again, stating that we had already changed our plans and now we may miss our dinner altogether. They gave a us a room. Later I received an alert that our original room was ready at 5:41. That's ridiculous. Who would wait 2 hours. Insane. The TV didn't work at all in the room. At all. Someone came up around 10 pm but couldn't fix it and offered to move us. We just went to bed. The resort is very nice. I think they have to figure out how to accommodate guests better.

Beautiful new hotel. Everything was pristine. It was much better than staying in the Towers which have become rundown. We only stay there for one evening and we got in pretty late. We were not able to try the restaurants or really use the amenities. The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Once the prices go down this is a a great option.

The hotel is new and it was well maintained. The rooms were clean and the linens and bed were so comfortable. The hotel allows you access to amenities such as fitness center, pools, shops , spas, and restaurants but all are located in the actual casino. The path to get there and back is a bit confusing . Although lovely i would still prefer to stay in the Tower as everything is right there for you. The restaurant Salt is located on the 7th floor but has a dress code and prefers reservations
