The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is walking distance to a lot in the city. I just had trouble getting inside to the front desk as its upstairs but other than that loved it

Beautiful hotel

Everything about the stay was perfect! The hotel was located in a great spot- close enough to everything and yet quiet. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful and breakfast had a nice selection of items. We would definitely stay again if we return to Verona.

It was loud and unfortunately the bar next to the hotel didn’t reduced the music till 3-4 am in the morning. I could hear it through closed windows. The receptionist was very kind and tried everything to reach out to the bar or even police so that they reduce their music. So for people with light sleep I recommend either earplugs or a room away from the street side where the bar is located.

Excellent hotel with extremely comfortable room equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location 5 minutes from city centre and 10 minutes from railway station. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Had a fabulous short stay here. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful in giving us information on the local area. Staff were always pleasant and polite. Lovely breakfast. We also had an early check out but they still made us a great cuppa before going and gave us some take away bags for us to fill with pastries for our journey. Very convenient location for visiting all the local attractions and less than a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station. Would definitely recommend!!

The location was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room service was always on time.
