This hotel was AMAZING!!!! the location was incredible, loved that we got to see Juliet’s statue without a bunch of people around. Room was incredible. Staff was VERY friendly. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Fantastic accomodation in great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Yards from the Juliet balcony. The only criticism and it os very minor is you have to actually pass through the tourist entrance to the Balcony and this wasnt specific enough in the instructions. When we arrived i was expecting the hotel entrance to be opposite the entrance to juliets balcony but its actually located within the tourist attraction

The rooms are elegant, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed, making it feel like a peaceful retreat in the heart of Verona. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. From Andrea’s professionalism and warmth, to Francisca’s gracious attention to detail, to Valentino’s helpful presence—everyone we interacted with made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It’s rare to find such consistent kindness and hospitality across the whole team, but we felt it every moment. If you’re planning a trip to Verona, don’t just visit Juliet’s Balcony—stay at it. My wife and I stayed here one night. It was lovely. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was had a romantic, comfortable feel. We were able to take some photos with the statue and Gulietta attraction, but really just being in the heart of Verona in a beautiful room was the best.

Most beautifully renovated hotel, with the added bonus of direct access to Juliet’s balcony (courtyard) after hours. Very quiet despite being located right in the middle of the historical town. Close to all the places you would want to visit while in Verona. Very generous with a complimentary mini-bar- extra points for this!
