The location of the room we had was great near the centre n shops. There is no air conditioning which made sleep very uncomfortable. Also no mini fridge to kerp water cold especially in the heat.

The property was spacious and everything was in great working condition. Location was very convenient, 5-6 minutes walking from the Arena, 5-10 minutes walking from main piazzas. Tons of restaurants close by. Had problem with check in. All communication in Italy is done through WatsApp, but Expedia doesn’t provide the phone number to the hotel, so I was not connected to the hotel, but website states that someone is always at the front desk from 10:00-19:00. I arrived at 18:30 and there was nobody in the office. I called multiple times and left messages without any luck. The owner of the clothing store next door noticed me struggling and, thanks to my limited Italian, I found out that he knew manager’s personal phone number, so the owner of the store called the manager and I was in the apartment within next 20 minutes. That is not the first time I have the issues with check in process. In order to avoid it, make sure that the property has your phone number at least 24 hours before your arrival and you able to send them messages through WatsApp. Overall good spacious apartment in great location.

Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Verona - dichtbij Arena - goed onderhouden - rustige omgeving- duidelijke communicatie met Italianflat - vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - kleine koelkast aanwezig in de kamer - geen airco, was in deze periode oké, maar mss wel vervelend in de zomer. Veel mogelijkheden om te ontbijten
