Was fine for one night. Excellent welcome at reception from the extremely helpful Lorenzo. INTERNET was down and one broken lift, leaving only one - observed staff member being extremely rude to another guest shouting at them when they understandably enquired about the INTERNET. Breakfast really good quality but after coach parties departed fruit and yoghurts not replenished leaving little for other guests.

What you would expect from a budget hotel just outside of the city. Feels and looks older than it is but nice staff, smooth check-in and check-out and a surprisingly good breakfast.

Reception- very well, kindly and helpful personal. Bar- very very well. Right person on the right place. Breakfast. Think about to fill with food on the plates. It should be worth to change design. Some things ( not food) are very old and it is not good feelings. Roooms- you really need to renovate a object. Very dirty walls and rofs, old carpets smell offuly. Even if you clean good it doesn't helps. Please change smell of your cleanings products. It smell strong and amoniac. Together euth old carpets smell offuly. We need to open window in few hours to get better air in our room. And give to all a really bedclothes. Only the old blanket was not fresh and slero under this and only one sheet gave me very badly feelings that I sleep at the street. Sorry, but this was ofully. And you need to have more real pictures on bokings sites. Pictures shows some other reality.

Nicht so vielen Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht zu viele Möglichkeiten um spät in der Stadt zu fahren aufgrund nicht vielen Vekehrmitteln usw. Trotzdem Personal war ganz nett und sehr freundlich. Feueralarm war an und niemanden von Personal hat sich entschuldigt oder etwas gesagt aus welchem Grund die Feueralarm an gegangen ist.

O hotel tem uma boa localização e acomodações confortáveis, mas tivemos uma situação estranha durante a manhã: alguém abriu a porta do nosso quarto enquanto ainda estávamos lá. Olhei no corredor logo em seguida, mas não havia camareira ou equipe de limpeza por perto naquele momento, o que nos deixou inseguros quanto à intenção da pessoa. I booked a room for two adults and a 12-year-old child, but the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults and an infant. I clearly informed them of this mistake on the first day, yet was still charged an extra €210 for a triple room, plus €36 in tourist tax. The booking error was made by Expedia, but the hotel refused to show any flexibility or accountability, even with proof. The situation was handled with little empathy or effort to support the guest. Very disappointing experience
