We were looked after by the lovely Martina, who allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags and very kindly upgraded our room to have a balcony! The rooms and amenities were perfect, we were sad we were only staying overnight! It’s in the perfectly location right in the heart of the Verona, everything we needed was a 5-20 minute walk away depending which side of the river were we’re going to. We would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Martina and Lorenzo were incredible from booking and the checking in process before arrival to greeting at the door and always being present with a smile, recommendations for the area and friendly conversation. They truly went above and beyond making our celebrations special helping decorate the room. The property itself was gorgeous with marble, warm lighting and plenty of space with all the amenities we needed. Could not recommend this place enough and not just because of the convenient location to the centre but for the people that work within the property from Martina and Lorenzo to all the housekeeping staff greeting everyday with a smile!

This is newly renovated property in the heart of old Verona as of late 2025. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated, high class, amazing location, attentive staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even brought a gift for my wife's birthday! If we are ever back in Verona, no need to look anywhere else. I can't recommend highly enough.

This property is in the best location. Walking access to everything. The rooms were clean the AC worked and the staff was extremely helpful. Lorenzo and Martina made the stay exeptional. With their help we easily accessed restaurants and bars. The only draw back is it's in a limited driving zone and the hotel has no on site parking so we had to park about a 10-15 minute walk away to the parking citadel which was tough with the amount of luggage we had. With that said, it was worth the hassle. Thank you Homy Livia for such a special experience.
