Amazing hotel ! Verona is such a beautiful city and there’s no place better to stay, beds are super comfortable, clean rooms, they have a shuttle to downtown, within walking distance of the mall and also things to eat, their room service option is impeccable highly recommend!

The pool is amazing. The room has fully controllable a/c. The beds are thick and soft. The steam sauna is wonderful. The mall is close by. A short walk to a bakery. A grocery store is a 5-minute drive. The staff cares about you.

Disapointing stay

Swimming pool out of service with no prior notice. Hotel details specity laundry facilities but these don't exist, instead there was a outside laundry service but as arrived Friday and left Monday this was useless. Breakfast was very poor selection & quality. Advertised complimentary water in room, this was one small bottle on arrival and was not replenished during stay.
