We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They allowed us to extend check out time and we left the luggage with reception. Great location, close to everything! Complimentary breakfast was awesome! Definitely recommend to other travelers!

The hotel staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The property is in a wonderful location walking distance from the center and along a beautiful river. Lots of activity, dining and shopping options nearby. Verona ended up being one of our favorite cities of our trip and we will definitely stay at Casa Fola again.

The location was very good, easy to walk into the city centre but quiet surroundings. The room we first got had mold on the wall - but after speaking to the manager she quickly arranged another room for us generously. The breakfast was had at a choice of two different cafes close by which was very nice. We received vouchers from Casa Fola to bring to the cafes for breakfast each morning. The breakfast was not too extensive but overall very nice with good coffee.

Very close to the Arena and other attractions in Verona, just a short walk to the opera, but just a little bit off the most traveled streets. Very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. And the air conditioning was very effective.

Great location - great host

The plusses are wonderful location close to Castelvecchio, which makes it extremely easy to reach from the Porto Nuova railway station and on major bus routes if you choose not to walk. Manola, the host was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was large and everything was clean and in proper condition. The minuses: stairs and more stairs; no wardrobes or a safe.
Crowds gather under Juliet's balcony to sexually harass a 13 year-old suicide.

Ideally situated for exploring Verona. Apartment basic but nice and clean. Fresh towels every day and bed made every morning. Bedding changed once during my 5 day stay which was brilliant. Manola was extremely helpful in pointing out places of interest and good restaurants. Two things we felt could have been easily rectified was China cups instead of paper cups. When having hot drinks paper cup would collapse. We had to check out by 10am but flight did not leave until 11 that evening. No facility to have a wash or the use of a toilet which was a little disappointing. Manola did look after our suitcase so we didn’t have to drag it around Verona with us. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Nice large room with convenient key code system but the staff were a bit unreliable in terms of arranging taxis etc. The receptionist forgot to book a taxi one day and gave us totally wrong train info on another day. Pleasant two night stay

Very pleasent stay, the hostess was extremely nice and flexible. We arrived early and she was able to let us in to leave our luggage in the storage before the room was ready. She even gave us an early check-in with no extra charge. We also went to see the opera at the old stone opera arena, and we could loan seat cushions from her, which was very nice and something we had not thought about before. The morning when we checked-out, I asked if we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours (there was some time to kill before our train arrived), and she arranged it even when she was not at the office herself. Bed was a nice size and ok overall, but the pillows were unfortunately hard. Room was clean, plenty of clean towels, soap and shampoo. Room was cleaned daily. Room was quiet, no noice coming from outside or from the neighbors. AC worked. Overall a very pleasant stay and a very accomodating host!

Das Zimmer war durchaus ok. Die Lage von Casa Fola ebenso. Der Check-in hat sich allerdings schwierig gestaltet. Die Lady brauchte wirklich ewig lange, keine Ahnung was sie alles noch ausfüllen musste. Dann ging ewig der Code zur Haustür und unserem Zimmer nicht. Wenn man nur für eine Nacht in Verona ist, hat man keine Lust dort stundenlang sinnlos rumzuhängen. Die gebotene Frühstücksmöglichkeit ist außer Haus und auch erst ab 9:00 möglich. Brauch ich nicht nochmal.
