Our room was large, clean and comfortable. It was close to everything. We would stay there again if in Verona. The breakfast was good but we had to pay extra for it.

Superb breakfast (try to book it as included). Excellent location very close to the Arena and Castelvecchio bridge (a must at sunset.). Sadly, the under-sized bathroom, and chronic lack of hot water, detracted from the overall quality of our 4 night stay.

the hotel itself is very clean and modern, good location. breakfast is nice and a few different options, but what makes the hotel is the reception staff. very approachable and friendly. well done to the two ladies on reception.

Very nice and inexpensive

Check-in was quick and easy. We parked on the street and were given a free parking pass to put on the dashboard of our vehicle. The rooms are small, but are clean and comfortable. We had a nice breakfast at the hotel for only 8 euro. All and all, this is an excellent value for the money.

Very close to the city center, just 10 mn. walk to the Areno di Verona. The room was clean. We had lo leave early. We didn't take a breakfast

Fair Hotel

We thought this was good hotel to use as a base on our recent trip to Verona, Venice and Lake Garda. It was a 20 mins pleasant walk to the main train station (Porta Nuova) and less than 10mins to the Arena/main areas of Verona. The hotel and rooms were very clean with maid service every day. All staff we encountered were exceptionally pleasant and reception staff informative. The room was an ok size (we booked the superior room) comfortable with a small balcony, tea making facilities and free bottled water (if you sign to Best Western). Good wifi connection too. The only negative was we could hear our neighbours in the room next door who had music on at 6am and you could hear them in the shower and every time they flushed the toilet. Our bathroom had a good rain shower and regular shower combo, and the towels were thick and fluffy. Breakfast was ok, the continental selections were great but the hot choices could have been a little better. We didnt leave hungry though and had plenty. All things considered, this was a good hotel and would stay again

I have to rate this hotel as excellent and it remains our favourite in Verona - very near to the arena where we saw the wonderful Tosca last night. The hotel staff are wonderful, so helpful and the breakfast selection was vast. The only issue my family had was the spa which had an issue with flies this year. I’m sure the management will get this resolved and we look forward to returning to this hotel in the future which holds so many happy memories for us. A special mention to the lady working in the restaurant - I remember her from our previous visits to this hotel and her wonderful smile greeted us every morning - Grazie:)

Rooms were okay, really could do with a freshen up. The bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were flat. Location didn't seem the best, like no nice restaurants around the area at all unless you walk much further out. Staff were helpful and we left our luggage on our last day when we went to the spa. Please take note if people leave pillows off the bed, they want them off the bed very annoying. Room was a good size and Alexa a nice touch.

Ottimo hotel appena fuori dalle mura del centro citta', facilmente raggiungibile in auto e con i mezzi pubblici, ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze, struttura finemente ristrutturata con spa e area fitness, camere spaziose e silenziose, pulizia eccellente, personale cordiale e professionale.
