The room needs renovation. The bathroom covered with mold, sanitary wares are old and look not very tidy. There is a smell of mold in the room and the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. There is no shower gel in the bathroom, only soap. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of products. The location is very convenient: about 10 minutes walk from the central station.

Great to stay

Very closed to the Central station. You can see the sign of the hotel on your left top after walking from the station for a few minutes. It is clean and the staff is kind and supportive. Then gave us the map and guidance how to explore the city. I really recommend to stay here !

The hotel is fine, just far from old town. I believe i read that they had bikes for their clients, but they didn't and it takes 20 minutes to go to old town.

Excellent service and great location

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location within easy reach of the train station and Verona centre which was about a 15-20 min walk away. Breakfast was lovely too. Highly recommend.

There is nothing to recommend except that it is near the train station. The corridor is full of bad smells, especially the female receptionist at the front desk, who is rude, impolite and disrespectful to guests.

Close to the station so easy to walk to when arriving by train or airport shuttle bus. Outside centre of town but easy 10 to 15 minute walk to historic centre. Modern, clean. Helpful staff. Fantastic buffet breakfast.
