My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday. We loved how close the ocean was to our balcony. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of the waves crashing. It was very relaxing! The staff were wonderful! They were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the restaurant. Those chocolate chip pancakes were delicious! We can’t wait to return for our next visit!

Everything was fine, but it’s a very tired resort. Felt more business hotel than a beach resort. As the nicest hotel in vero, I’d say this is the equivalent of a Hampton Inn. Nothing was an issue, staff was nice etc. but it’s in desperate need of a renovation.

Outstanding service. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our week’s stay. The pool is lovely and warm. The adjacent bar and restaurant are casual with tasty food and a great drinks. There is also a kids menu, giving the littles a meal and drink for just $13. Heading to the ocean is perfection. A few steps down and there is staff waiting to set up your chairs. Food and drink service is available there, as well. Happy hour is in the lobby. And the front desk is incredibly responsive through their texting system throughout your stay. We’re already planning to return. It was a wonderful stay.

We ate our meals at Heaton's, the hotel restaurant. The food was very good. The service was a little slow, but eating outside, overlooking the ocean, made it not bad. The room was spacious and clean.
