Property was under construction and I was placed on a floor that was under construction. Room curtains were old and had holes that let the morning light in. The tub was old and dingy.

The first thing that greeted us, when we walked into the lobby, was the horrific smell. The smell of something bad poorly masked by the overwhelming smell of an ammonia-based cleaning solution. Had we had any other choice, we would have left, before checking in, but alas... The first room we were assigned greeted us with its own fowl odor of accumulated dog urine and mustiness. We requested a different room. This room wasn't much better, but at least the dog urine smell wasn't there. Besides smelling musty, everything in the room was damp...dank. The floor, the sofa, the sheets...everything. As best as we could, we tried not to let our skin touch anything. Not getting a good night's sleep, we left as early as we could, the next morning. We didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't comment about that.

Room was not cleaned for 3 days. Clean towels left in bathroom but beds left in made despite the room being vacant for 13 hours. Room smelled like a dog. Bathtub and toilet very slow to drain. Toothpaste left in sink for 3 days. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Desk staff not so much.

Poor condition. Room had awful smell inside as mold has been growing or maybe pets that have urine in carpet.
