The property is conveniently located right on the beach and has several different dining options within walking distance. The parking area is a little tight and it’s a busy little area, especially on the weekends.

We have been staying at this property sporadically for over 30 years. While it may not be the most luxurious it is clean affordable and right on the beach with easy access to very good dining and shopping. The best recommendation is we keep coming back.

Room service was very convenient and meals delivered quickly. The food was only okay, very expensive and always cold by the time it got to the room.
Staff was awesome. I expected a little more for the money.

My family travels to Vero every year for baseball. I booked the standard queen because it stated it slept 3. Unfortunately it only sleeps 2…we went to the front desk and requested a hide a bed and was told the room was to small. We had to purchase an air mattress for my son to sleep on the first night and ended up checking out a day early because of this. The only option the front desk gave me was to upgrade my room for another $1,000. When I showed them the listing said sleeps 3 she stated it must be talking about a crib. Very disappointed and caused a lot of unwanted stress when it was suppose to be a vacation.
So just know the standard queen rooms do not sleep 3 and they do not look like the pictures that are posted. The rooms do not have the chairs as shown or couches.
The pros are: it is in a central location to a lot of good restaurants and shopping. Very close to the beach. Just wish the rooms were as stated.

Bathroom and bed clean, but the two big chairs in the room were very dirty and dated. Also the furniture that held TV was dented, and chipped. Needs to be touched up. loved the view of ocean.

When we got there the key card machine wasn’t working which wasn’t terrible but we did have to wait a few hours to access room. The biggest flaw was the cleanliness of room. The pull out coach was very very dirty inside. My infant daughter found a bottle of Smirnoff vodka inside that she started to drink.
