Maria, who supports the breakfast area was a joy and so kind. My 3:00 p.m. check-in was delayed to insufficient staff to prepare all the rooms. The women working the front desk apologized and promised to call me when I could check in. I returned 3.5 hours later and her shift had ended and she never called me. But my room was ready. After driving 19 hours, I just wanted to go to bed. Regretfully, someone was smoking in a non-smoking room and my wing smelled awful but thankfully, it didn’t affect my room. In the room, the bulb was out on the nightstand and there was an incredibly loose 12x12 tile in front of the toilet. There was also an issue with the WiFi which was unavailable the first 24 hours of my stay.
