Helpful staff! No working outlets in bathroom fixed in one day. No printer in business center but front desk printed for us after we emailed documents to them. (Glad it was nothing highly personal!) Staff provided towels right away for leak at window when it rained. Lobby and breakfast area clean and bright. Room and hallways smelled fresh and clean.

I had asked if they had a room on the bottom floor close to the door because I am disabled and they accommodated me very well. As far as the room itself, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It had black mold, pink mold, and dust. The floor hadn't been swept. It was just very shocking to say the least. I had to sleep there one night. In the morning, I had to be moved as they had to bring someone in to get rid of the black mold i had to move to a different room on the other side of the same floor next to the back door. The room was much better, (handicapped room) The employee at the front desk even helped to clean the room I was moving to with the cleaning person. No complaints about the room. The staff was wonderful. Everything else about the hotel was great.
