We had a great stay at the Quality Inn. Check in was very smooth, front desk staff was very friendly to our children. Our room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was stocked nicely. Breakfast was good, space can get really crowded but it has a good variety of hot and cold options.

Booked a standard room which ended up being a 1 king bed room. For sure my fault, but there was no flexibility once I arrived to swap to a 2 queen for a bit more. So I had to rent a cot, which was honestly the worst sleeping experience anyone using that cot has had in years. Staff was fine but didn't do anything that stood out. Free breakfast was a great perk and was good quality. Location is pretty central on the highway, but isn't a super quiet location.

After a very long night of driving and no sleep, we arrived at the Quality Inn many hours before check in. The staff at front desk were so welcoming and kind. We were able to check into our room and get a few hours of sleep before starting our day. The room was clean, great temperature, and fully stocked with towels/amenities. The pool was clean however I will say it was not warm but it still was refreshing after a long day. Hot tub was not as hot as we like but it did the trick as well. Morning breakfast is absolutely amazing, from croissants, danishes, coffees, teas, juices, hot breakfast, hashbrowns, eggs and sausage rounds/links. Every morning is different a little. I want to thank the staff at the Quality Inn and Suites in Vernon for their kindness, their hospitality and a great stay for the start of our vacation :)
