By far, this is the best hotel in Vernon! The river running through the atrium is magical! The staff are helpful, polite and attentive. Our service was fantastic! The restaurant in the atrium is lovely, understaffed, but wonderful. The staff work very very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The attached pub is great as well! I will never stay anywhere else when I come to Vernon!

This was a brilliant stopover for a relaxed evening and a good night sleep after a long drive from Edmonton. For the price, the hotel has so much more to offer. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t spend more time as we had to drive the next day but I would definitely come back here.
