Great location, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Room was spotless. Bed too soft for my taste but mattress and pillows all in pristine condition. Restaurant was nice with interesting menu. Sunday breakfast buffet a nice change of pace but I was a little disappointed as I had chosen a specific menu dish that I’d wanted that morning. Definitely stay again if I need to be in Vernon overnight

staff were outstanding. the manager, the cleaners so lovely and front desk went above and beyond to help us when we asked. Night Auditor was so sweet. I had to walk the dog in the middle of the night he would let me back in at the front door and give a few doggie treats for Skunk(our dog). Will stay there every visit to vernon

This hotel was clean and you can see the updates they have done in the rooms and the common spaces. Walking distance to the Kal tire Arena. Lots of restaurants near by too. We got a room with a loft and wasn’t sure how that would work out but it was great. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again when we are in Vernon.
