We needed a place for a one night stopover. This s location was great. Close to shopping, surprisingly walkable and just off the main roads. The staff were friendly and accommodating and social when we passed through the lobby. The room was large, clean and well stocked. We have added this one to our list of good places to stay whenever we pass through Vernon.

The room we got was very clean and spacious. The staffs are well accomodating and responds to our requests was quick. The breakfast was very nice and and the staffs are very attentive refilling everything. We just needed some more items in the room like towels and garbage bags as we’re guest of 5 but it’s quite easy to ask/request the hotel staff with those. The hotel location is good and very accessible as well. We’d book this hotel again on our next trip to Vernon.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. Our room was spacious and very clean with the exception of the pullout couch, which looked to have some stains on the sheets. The breakfast provided was excellent. I like the fact that it had a pool and a small gym however, since the gym is located in the pool area, it was extremely humid in the gym, and a lot of the equipment was experiencing significant rusting. For a gym in that location, you would definitely need a dehumidifier in that room.

The breakfast was fine. They have quite a selection.. As they are in the middle of renovations they had all the tables and chairs set up for the morning. The room was very clean as we stayed in one of the renovated rooms. The only thing missing was a handrail to hang onto while taking a shower. The staff was friendly. The hot tub was definitely hot.

The breakfast was amazing! The hotel was under some renovations however before I booked the room I called to make sure everything was in working order .. they assured me the hotel had been fully renovated and the only thing that will be effected in the entrance Not true, the room had a few issues with water leaking from rub or shower loose fixtures , they left out power tools in the hallway which was a a nightmare with our 4 yr old granddaughter and I don’t think they cleaned the pool floor the whole time we were there!

Parking was an issue due to renovations and even if there was no containers on site I don't think the parking lot is big enough for both hotels (Holiday Inn is across from Best Western) as they share the same lot. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly enough so no complaints there - nothing over the top though. Room was comfortable; happy for the wet bar. Didn't use the pool with all the great beaches/lakes in the area.

The room itself was great and the staff, if we would have known the place was under construction before booking we may have picked another place to stay while on vacation. We had to walk over broken tiles and the paint smell outside our room was strong! They were also doing construction right beside the breakfast area while everyone was eating. Absolutely no parking.

Great staff. Best breakfast we have had in a long time. The hotel was under renovation in lobby and restaurant, we were informed and kept up to date on this. As for the room it was good but the air conditioner was very noisy and did not clean the air. It should be looked at. The pool area was not very desirable with just a couple of chairs to sit and the adjoining outside patio had stained office chairs and a couple of tables to use. They were used by the smokers in the hotel. Really feel that they need to designate this area as nonsmoking.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, beds were comfortable, pillows pretty good but could be softer. I dont recall knowing that there was construction going on and to what extent. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Again the construction marred the dining area and the bench by our table was really stained and dirty. We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it so much better, won't return. I liked the new colors that the outside was painted! Probably after inside construction finished it will be very nice afain.

We understand the the hotel was under renovation but we paid the full cost of a king junior suite and it did not have any towel bars installed or handles on the cabinets. It had plaster dust everywhere and had not even been completed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast room was torn apart which was understandable but the breakfast was terrible. This hotel also shares parking with the adjacent hotel and is way too small forcing people to park overnight on an industrial roadway.
