We really enjoyed the ice cream sandwiches we received when we checked in. The indoor pool and the breakfast were great! The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is an older property, it needs room renovation. The couch was stained, bathroom floor around toilet and walls were gross. The staff were extremely friendly and you can tell it is family owned, appreciated that.

Hotel was very clean and staff was great. It's a little rundown and has some quirky things (No phone to call to front desk, air conditioner was not great, hot water issues and the outside is very rundown. It appears they are working on making it better though. I would stay again as it was clean which is huge for me.

Staff was super helpful. They let me change rooms after we discovered that the toilet was loose on the floor. They had maintenance fix it, but they moved me anyway. I didn’t really like the doors at the end of the hallways leading outside did not lock. I felt that was a little unsafe. But Vernal is not a very shady town so I felt safe enough. The room was fine. Comfortable enough. I would probably stay there again.

The room was a decent size and the beds weren't too bad - a little firmer than I like, but not bad. We only met one person who handled the front desk and breakfast, but she was very nice. Breakfast was okay too. Fresh waffles and you could cook your own real eggs (not a powdered scramble). It was a continental style with various packaged breakfast cards, some fruit, yogurt, applesauce, and a decent variety of drinks - hot and cold. The kids loved the indoor pool which was a decent size. They also had multiple balls and pool noodles to use.

We got to our room and there was a poo filled toilet. We were able to change rooms but the room they changed us to had the smoke detectors removed and there was splatters on the walls and burn marks on the ground. The hotel staff was pleasant but I’m not giving them full stars as they promise ice cream upon check in but it was never offered.
