We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel is charming and historic. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the Zocalo. The staff is excellent, at check in, the bellman, housekeeping, the servers at the restaurant, just so attentive and friendly. We definitely appreciate such great service. The pool area is very nice with sufficient pool loungers. We ordered room service one night and our food arrived quickly. They helped us book a taxi for the airport. Everything went so well, we would love to return here in the future.
This hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance to Zocalo,Portales and malecón. The Bell boy Rafael was very attentive and gave us great information on Veracruz. Will definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel in a good location. The noise from the zocalo is deafening and starts around 8:00 pm and goes until 3:00 am, seemingly every night. It was clean, the staff was helpful and it was close to all the historical sites.
The property is in a great location. Although the next hotel has music every night and very loud. Loved that the elevators where working and the ac in the rooms where the best. Pool needs cleaning and maintenance.
Very clean and a very comfortable mattress, excellent service all the way! The front desk, the restaurant, room service, etc... of course you are on downtown and there's live music on the Street, but they stop around 12:00 am, I will always come back!
Downtown are old buildings, expect that also.
I loved the convenience and variety of dining options in the hotel and surrounding area. Everything is walkable distance. Otherwise Transportation is easily accessible within a walking distance. The only thing we did struggle and we actually had replaced on our first night, was our shower. No water pressure and even after replacing shower head, still only had a tiny stream of water to shower with for the entire stay.
