En general todo bien, pero los alimentos del restaurante pésimos, la atención muy tardada, pasaron más de 25 min para que nos llevarán nuestros alimentos y éramos la única mesa de 3 adultos y un niño, no tenían pan para un club sandwich, los molletes el pan estaba feo, la pasta royalti sin sabor y batida, ni tienen chiles, horrible, el capuchino regado y sin espuma parecía leche de calcetín con casi nada de café, ya no volvimos a comer allí, no lo vale. Lastima de vista y lugar.

Tuve una experiencia muy mala, aparte que la habitación no es la misma de la que se ve en las fotos de Expedia, todo está más deteriorado, el aire acondicionado no abastece se pasó mucha calor por las noches a la hora de dormir ya que de día no estábamos, yo desde el primer día pedí no tener servicio de limpieza ya que llevaba varias maletas y no quería tener ningún inconveniente, pero un día antes de mi salida entraron a acomodar la cama porque no hubo una limpieza completa y mis maletas las encontré diferente a como las dejé y cuando busqué los cables de mi iPhone y EarPods originales ya no estaban puse mi queja enseguida pero no me solucionaron nada y cuando ya que llegue a mi destino final busqué bien en mis maletas por si estaban ahí me hicieron falta otras cosas más, aquí en México todo cuesta muy caro cada cable original de iPhone cuestan muy caro, la verdad no vuelvo a hacer ninguna reservación aquí, quedé muy decepcionada muy mala experiencia no tienen personal honesto y responsable en este hotel

It has a beautiful view, clean rooms and excellent customer service, but food was not that great at the restaurant very expensive and portions were very small, the rooms bed very uncomfortable, ac wasn’t working right, pillows felt like a stones i wasn’t able to sleep and i had headache the next day.
