The receptionist was rude when I checked in, and I was charged two extra people cuz they told me I didn’t paid 4, just 2 (that was an absolute mistake, I paid 4) they didn’t wanted to borrow me 2 extra towels even when I told them that I paid for that services for 4 people. They didn’t changed my bedsheets until I asked them.

Hotel, para descansar esta bien si solo lo ocupas para dormir, le hace falta aseo en el baño tiene mucho limo.. La habitacion se ve muy diferente a las fotos ya que evitaron que se apreciaran los detalles que tiene la habitacion. La ubicacion es buena tiene muchos lugares a la mano sin tener que caminar mucho. La atencion del personal es muy buena

Sucede que en la estancia desde un inicio no contaba con servicio de Internet ni de cable, por lo cual uno de los huéspedes no tuvo acceso a hacer sus actividades en línea y el otro no pudo disfrutar de la programación, es decir nunca se arregló, desocupando la habitación sin el servicio mínimo en cualquier hospedaje. Gracias!

Habitación remodelada la limpieza fue buena, la atención por parte de todo el personal siempre fue amable, tienen un pequeño restaurante y se agradecería tuvieran más información. Sin duda será mi hotel cada que vaya.
